🎓 Eligibility Criteria for Karnataka Pharmacist Registration

  • Approved Course: Candidate must have passed D.Pharm, B.Pharm, or Pharm.D from a Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) recognized institution under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
  • 500 Hours Hospital Internship: D.Pharm holders must complete 500 hours (not less than 3 months) of practical training in a recognized hospital under a Registered Pharmacist.
  • Residence / Profession: Applicant must reside or carry on the business or profession of pharmacy in Karnataka.
  • Minimum Age: Must have attained 18 years of age.
  • Surrender / NOC Requirement: Candidates registered in another state must submit a formal NOC and surrender certificate from that council.

Step 1: Access kspcdic.com & Online Registration
Visit kspcdic.com and click on “Online Services / Pharmacist Registration”. Register with your active email ID and mobile number.
Step 2: Submit Academic & Institutional Particulars
Enter your matriculation, 10+2 Science, and D.Pharm/B.Pharm examination marks, college PCI approval details, and hospital training records.
Step 3: Upload Mandatory Documents
Upload scanned copies of all year marksheets, degree/diploma certificates, 500-hour training form, residence proof, photograph, and signature.
Step 4: Remit Fees via Net Banking / NEFT
Pay the registration fee (₹3,850 + 18% GST) and applicable KPCRPWT Welfare Trust fee through the integrated payment gateway. Retain the generated payment challan/receipt.
Step 5: Scrutiny & Certificate Delivery
KSPC scrutinizes the application against PCI records. Once approved, the Registration Certificate and Pharmacist Identity Card are dispatched.
