🎓 Eligibility Criteria for GSPC Registration
- Approved Qualification: D.Pharm, B.Pharm, or Pharm.D passed from a PCI-approved institution under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
- Practical Training: 500 hours (minimum 3 months) practical training in an approved hospital or community pharmacy for D.Pharm candidates.
- Gujarat Residence / Study: Applicant must have passed from a recognized pharmacy college located in Gujarat OR possess valid Gujarat residence/domicile proof.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years on the date of application.
📝 Step-by-Step Registration Workflow
Step 1: Account Creation on gujaratpharmacycouncil.org
Visit the official GSPC portal. Select “Fresh Registration”, register with your mobile number and email ID, and verify with OTP.
Step 2: Fill Details & Upload Scanned Documents
Submit personal details, educational qualifications (10th, 12th, Pharmacy degrees), and upload scanned PDF copies of all certificates.
Step 3: Online Fee Payment
Pay the prescribed fee (~₹2,000 to ₹2,100) through the secure payment gateway. Print the fee receipt and application form.
Step 4: Book In-Person Document Verification Appointment
Select an available appointment date from the portal calendar for physical scrutiny at the GSPC office in Ahmedabad.
Step 5: Attend Verification at Asarwa, Ahmedabad
Visit Block No. 5, Civil Hospital Compound, Asarwa, Ahmedabad on your appointed date with all original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies.
Step 6: Registration Certificate Issuance
