🎓 Eligibility Criteria for West Bengal Pharmacist Registration
- Approved Course: Passed D.Pharm, B.Pharm, or Pharm.D from a recognized institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
- Practical Hospital Training: Mandatory 500 hours (minimum 3 months) practical training in a recognized hospital under a Registered Pharmacist for D.Pharm.

Step 2: Submit Academic Particulars
Fill in 10th (Madhyamik), 12th (Higher Secondary), and D.Pharm/B.Pharm examination marks and university/board details.
Step 3: Upload Scanned Certificates
Upload clear scans of Madhyamik admit/certificate, 10+2 marksheet, all pharmacy marksheets, diploma/degree certificate, 500-hour practical training certificate, residential proof in WB, photo, and signature.
Step 4: Online Fee Remittance
Pay ₹4,000 (D.Pharm) or ₹6,000 (B.Pharm) online via payment gateway. Download the payment receipt.
Step 5: Physical Scrutiny at Kolkata Office
