🎓 Eligibility Criteria for Bihar Pharmacist Registration
- Approved Qualification: Candidate must hold a Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or Pharm.D from an Indian University or State Government recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
- Practical Hospital Training: Mandatory completion of 500 hours (not less than 3 months) in a government hospital or recognized dispensary under a Registered Pharmacist (Form-III for D.Pharm).

📝 Step-by-Step Online Registration Process

Visit the official BSPC portal. Use a desktop or laptop computer for the best experience. Click on “New Registration”.
Step 2: Mobile OTP Verification
Enter your personal active mobile number to receive an OTP. Verify the OTP to activate your candidate registration dashboard.
Step 3: Select Service & Fill Application Form
Choose “Fresh Registration” (or “Reciprocal” if transferring). Fill in personal details, Bihar residential address, 10th, 12th (Science), and D.Pharm/B.Pharm academic details.
Step 4: Upload Clear Scanned Documents
Upload scanned copies in the prescribed file sizes: 10th certificate, 12th marksheet, pharmacy marksheets (all years), provisional/original diploma, 500-hour training certificate, Bihar domicile/address proof, photo, and signature.
Step 5: Remit Online Fee (₹1,000)
Pay ₹1,000 online using Net Banking, Debit Card, or UPI. Note: No corrections or refunds are permitted after final payment. Verify all data carefully before paying.
